Where are your products manufactured?
We are committed to supporting local craftsmanship. The vast majority of our products are proudly made in the USA, with many handcrafted right here in Laurel, Mississippi, by local artisans.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. For custom furniture or oversized heirloom pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for specialized crating and freight delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your home. We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture and apothecary items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working diligently to expand our heritage goods to international customers in the near future.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To preserve the natural beauty of your wood pieces, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. Periodic application of a high-quality furniture wax will help maintain the finish for generations.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it is placed?
Since we strive to process orders quickly, modifications must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered the fulfillment or manufacturing stage, we are unable to make changes.
